In the end I didn't get a roof from NearMe. The reason is, after they checked out the roof, they told me that they believed my tile roof is really in "ok" shape. They don't usually work with tile so they recommended I get it checked by a tile roofing company before I decide on a replacement.I can't say anything more positive than the mere fact that they wanted me to make the best decision for myself - even if that wasn't with them. I felt like I was dealing with one of my favorite movies "Miracle on 34th Street" (Edmund Gwenn version). In the film Kris Kringle was hired (as Santa Claus for Macy's department store) but with his honesty and integrity he would send his potential customers to Gimbal's department store if that better served the families.I just want to thank the gentleman that took the time to come out to our home, inspect the roof and advised that since the roof just needs maintenance instead of replacement then that would be best, overall! I truly appreciate your honesty and integrity!
